Cancellations or no completions: If for some reason a class is cancelled you may transfer your fee toward another class or receive a refund. If you choose to withdraw from the class before it begins, a 30-day written notice (emails with confirmation of receipt are acceptable) is needed in order to have your fee refunded. If after that time you must withdraw, each situation will be looked at individually. If others have been turned away because the class is full and we do not fill your spot, there will be no refund. We may be able to transfer the fee paid to an upcoming class, if available. If you do not complete the group class series there is no refund. "Make up" classes are not offered. Our commitment is to offer each participant as much preparation as possible, class sizes are limited.
